Meet Harnek Singh Rai, the first Punjabi Powerlifter who got selected as an inductee for Brampton's 2018 sports hall of fame.

Born and brought up in India, Harnek Singh Rai was once shown a body building magazine when he expressed that he wanted to develop a physique as impressive as the ones on the pages.
That motivated him on a path that eventually lead him to the world of power lifting and a spot in the Brampton Sports Hall of Fame for 2018.
