Member of Parliament for Calgary Skyview, Darshan Kang attended the annual Calgary Sikh Parade over the weekend.
"Over the weekend, I attended the annual Calgary Sikh Parade and I must say like, in previous years, I had a fantastic time. It was great to see so many people of all different backgrounds and beliefs in attendance. I want to thank all the volunteers and all the organizations that made this event possible, events like these make our communities better," he said.
Calgary Nagar Kirtan (Sikh Parade) is a biggest event in Calgary organized by Dashmesh Culture Centre every year with the support of thousands of volunteers.
