Beat the heat: Here are 12 splash pads of Brampton

Much awaited summers are finally hitting Brampton. Lets make it happening for children having them enjoy at splash pads which are now open.

So make the best of few months of summer we have.

And, there’s a new splash pad in town that Bramptonians can now take advantage of at Springdale Library as part of Komagata Maru Park.

Brampton officially has 12 splash pads that are open across the city. Spray pads are open Monday-Sunday 11 a.m.-6 p.m., weather permitting.

The list is as follows:

1. Batsman Park @ Father Tobin Drive, west of Bramalea Road
2. Brampton Soccer Centre @ 1495 Sandalwood Parkway East
3. Cassie Campbell Community Centre @1050 Sandalwood Parkway West
4. Century Gardens Recreation Centre@ 340 Vodden Street East
5. Chris Gibson Recreation Centre@ 125 McLaughlin Road
6. Chinguacousy Park @9050 Bramalea Road
7. Peel Village Spray Pad On Ferndale Crescent, off Bartley Bull Parkway
8. Teramoto Park @ Northwest corner of Chinguacousy Road & Queen Street
9. Michael Murphy Park @Southwest corner of Squire Ellis Drive & Martin Byrne Drive
10. Komagata Maru Park @Northeast corner of Bramalea Road & Blackcherry Lane
