Home sales drop in Toronto.
Home sales have dropped 40.4% in July as compared to July 2016.
Home prices have been on decline since April after the province introduced changes aimed at cooling the GTA's real estate market.
The Toronto Real Estate Board says the decline has more to do with potential homebuyers waiting to see how market conditions evolve.
