The 8th The Sikh Awards were organised in Toronto on Oct. 21st, 2017.
Since its inaugural edition held at London in 2010, The Sikh Awards continue to honour an array of deserving winners from the international Sikh community.
The event was graced by Guests from across the world including UK, India, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia.
Sikhs have made a significant impact around the world giving encouragement to younger generations who strive to achieve continuous success. Whilst there is more work to do, the awareness of the Sikh identity has also become more understood and respected as the enormous contributions of Sikhs are celebrated at this global event.
Awards were presented to individuals and organisations that have given an excellent service in their respective fields, especially Sikhs who have delivered their service in an exceptional and innovative way and have shown examples of SEVA (selfless voluntary service).
